In spite of repeated
orders in he past it has come to the notice
of the Government that some of the Officers
are going on station leave during the
monsoon containing prior approval of the
Competent Authority.
Hence, it is reiterated once more that all
Officer of Roads & Bridges Department
particularly the Field Officer are hereby
directed not to avail of any leave including
station leave without prior approval of the
Competent Authority. In view of the heavy
rains and related natural calamities all
over the State, they are direct to remain at
their respective station of posting in order
to take up emergency works promptly. |

order will be viewed seriously. |
