LETTER OF INTENT

1. “Expression of Interest” is invited from reputed and experienced individual/Firms/Company having adequate expertise and all necessary infrastructures to undertake the job of Construction of Airport and Operate aircraft/airline Service at Pakyong in East Sikkim, capable of handling Short Take-Off and Landing (STOL) or Turboprop/all weather aircrafts suitable to the region on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

2. The detailed Terms of Reference and other criteria/conditions may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Chief Engineer, Roads & Bridges Department, Government of Sikkim, Nirman Bhavan, Gangtok-737101, Telephone 03592-203081, Telefax 03592-202578, w.e.f 2/7/2007 to 28/7/2007 on payment of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only in form of Demand Draft at SBS in favour of Chief Accounts Officer, Roads & Bridges Department.
 

3. The prospective individuals/Firms may submit their “Expression of Interest” alongwith detailed offer to the Office of Additional Chief Engineer, Roads & Bridges Department, Government of Sikkim, Nirman Bhavan, Gangtok-737101, on or before 31/7/2007 during Office hours.
