NOTIFICATION |
| |
In exercise of the powers conferred by
clause (3) of Article 166 of the
Constituency of India, the Governor of
Sikkim is hereby pleased to make the
following Rules further to amend the
Government of Sikkim (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 2004 namely:- |

(1) These rules may be called the
Government of Sikkim (Allocation of
Business) Amendment Rules, 2004. |
| |
(2) They shall come into force at
once. |
| |
2. In the Government of Sikkim
(Allocation of Business) Rules, 2004, in the
Second Schedule – |
| |
(a) Under the heading “4, Commerce and
Industries Department”, after the serial
number (11) and the entries relating
thereto, the following shall be inserted,
namely:- |
| |
(b) Under the heading “12, Finance,
Revenue and Expenditure Department’, serial
No. “(14) State Trading Schemes” shall be
omitted and the existing numbers 15 to 29
shall be renumbered as 14 to 28
respectively. |
