  NOTIFICATION
  In partial modification to Notification no. 556/R&B, dated: 20/10/2005 the terms and conditions for occupying the Guest House are as follows:
1 Accommodation shall be provided for a maximum period of 5 days.
2 A person desiring accommodation in the Guest house shall make booking at least 7 (Seven) days in advance though application addressed to Additional/Joint Secretary, Roads & Bridges Department.
3 The accommodation already confirmed shall be cancelled, if required by a VVIP/VIP.
4 The person making reservation shall have to deposit the room rent charges in the State Bank of Sikkim under the Head 0059-8-800 PWD Rest House and produce the Bank Receipt to the Department, for obtaining the Guest house Pass.
5 Booking is not transferable.
6 The occupants of the room in the Guest House are liable to pay the cost of repairs, loss or replacement of articles/furniture if damaged by them. The payment is to be made by cash only to the incharge of the Guest House at the market rate.
7 The pass issued for a particular Guest House should be handed over to the Guest House Chowkidar on arrival and an entry made in the visitors book.
8 Rooms once booked if cancelled by the applicant then the rent fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be made to Government Department only.
9 Check out time is 11.00 am of the next day of the date of booking.
10  The use of Guest House for private parties is not permitted.
11 No food shall be served in the Guest House. The occupants have to make their own arrangement.
12 Consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited in and around the premises of the Guest House.
