  NOTIFICATION
   It is hereby notified that the room rent charges of Guest Houses/Dak bungalows in different places of Sikkim under Roads & Bridges Department are revised as under:

  Further, following shall be the terms and conditions to occupy Guest House.
  Accommodation shall be provided for a maximum period of 5 days
A person desiring accommodation in the Guest house shall make booking at least 7 (Seven) days in advance though application addressed to Additional/Joint Secretary, Roads & Bridges Department.
  Accommodation already confirmed shall be cancelled, if required provided by VVIP/VIP.
The person making reservation shall have to deposit the room rent charges in the State Bank of Sikkim under the Head 0059-8-800 PWD Rest House and produce the Bank Receipt to the Department, for obtaining the Guest house Pass.
This is in partial modification of Orders/Circulars in force.
